Terminate subscription through website
If you have started your subscription directly through our website www.storytel.com, you can follow these steps to terminate your subscription:
Log into www.storytel.com and log in to your account. Go to My pages -> My account. Click on ”Cancel subscription” and follow the instructions to complete the termination of your account.
You will get a confirmation to your email address. We recommend you save your confirmation.
Terminate subscription started directly in the app
If your subscription was started directly in the app, you won’t see the ”Cancel subscription” option on your account page at www.storytel.com. You can click ”Manage subscription” to see more instructions on how to terminate the subscription, but you can also cancel it directly in your phone.
Go to "Settings" > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID.
Scroll to Subscriptions, then tap it.
Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
Select "Cancel Subscription" to cancel your subscription.
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store Google Play.
Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
Tap Menu and then Subscriptions.
Select the subscription you want to cancel.
Select "Cancel subscription"
Follow the instructions.
Keep in mind: Simply deleting the app will not terminate the subscription. Regardless of when you terminate the subscription, you can listen for the entire period that you have paid for.
